    Was watching 2 grandchildren since school was closed for the week,didn't eat much before lifting.
    Going to reevaluate my program over the weekend,maybe do one lift and an accessory lift on any given day.

    235/6 235/8 with belt.
    DB press felt ok,no pain in shoulder but the reps listed were max for the left side.
    Took a little longer between work sets on DL, thinking about doing some lower reps next week.

    Really been feeling beat, I had been doing some lite sqts before deadlifts,and in between my two main workout days 3 sets of ezb curls and tricep press downs. I am going to cut this out for a while just WO twice a week and see how it goes.
