DB BP 15/15 30/6 40/6 6 9 used 2 1/2" thick iron mind dumbell handles.
I am going to keep the workouts shorts, PKelly style.
Been feeling sort of beat up between workouts ,guess it an age thing.
On Saturday I will do a few sets of band assisted chins and tricep press downs.
I will try to walk a mile a few times over the next few days.

The DB press seems to be a problem, I can't seem to get any strength with my left arm doing the one arm DB press. It feels kind of easy on my right side. I may try BB press next week.

I have been having shoulder pain on left side. It feels weak doing standing DB press, not so noticeable with the DB BP. While doing a search I came across Ripps shoulder rehab video. I rigged up a bar suspended by chains in my garage and did some light work with it.i will use this next week instead of the one arm DB press.

Tried doing this first time today, shoulder clicked on first set, but no pain .

Date on previous WO is wrong it was 6/20/16
Today Thursday 6/22/16

190/5 5 5 with belt didn't try to do any more reps,just stabilizing .
DB BP 15/15 30/5.
40/5 5 6 I got 12 on last set a week ago, but wasn't happening today . I took a rest and did two sets of 8 .
