    Not so bad considering i wasnt feeling to well. Stomach acted up Sat.evening and on Sunday I had no energy at and.didnt feel like eating.I went to bed at 7:30 and tried to sleep.Took 10mg of melatonin seemed to help.

    LOL - don't know how many times I have done stuff like that and worse - misloading total weight either by loading wrong amount on bar or forgetting the work set amount I was supposed to use, misloading one side, forgetting set # .....

    I am pretty good with loading the correct weights, I usually check it 3x's. Was a little distracted today,I was waiting for the plumber to come over, and in a little hurry to get done. But at least I got 5 reps on the back off with 10 lbs more then I had planned.

    Felt shitty all day yesterday,didn't.sleep.much Tuesday night. Ate to much and was up with agenda
    Didn't eat much on wed
    Sleept 9 hours wed nite and.made it to lift today
    Had a stiff back but.it loosened up.after squaring.
