Not so bad considering i wasnt feeling to well. Stomach acted up Sat.evening and on Sunday I had no energy at and.didnt feel like eating.I went to bed at 7:30 and tried to sleep.Took 10mg of melatonin seemed to help.

I am pretty good with loading the correct weights, I usually check it 3x's. Was a little distracted today,I was waiting for the plumber to come over, and in a little hurry to get done. But at least I got 5 reps on the back off with 10 lbs more then I had planned.
