    Next week will be a busy week for me so I plan on training just two times.I have been looking at some of the WO's from the Barbell Prescription and will base what I do along those lines.
    Jerry, I think the AB wheel is a good idea. I plan to try it s an auxiliary exercise. We have reached an age where our hair gets thinner and out waste gets thicker. This may be an exercise to slow the second part.

    Jerry, I can get just as strong on a 2 x a week routine concentrating on the main lifts, but I lift every other day if I have the time to get the blood pumping and to stretch.

    Hey Pete and John,thanks for commenting on my log. As far as the ab exercise, in not sure it will make me any slimmer,but even though Rip doesn't advise doing them in feel they do help me. I have for most of the the time I have been.training done so 2x a week,but now I feel I should WO more days but do less lifts per.day.
