I also notice that more. I sometimes take and extra day. It screws with the routine but I think the important thing is to show up at the gym on the day you plan. Good luck , Jerry.

Didn't put down any warm ups, but I did do them?
Decided to do DB bench because after last weeks benches my shoulder ached for days.
I did presses a few days and my shoulder was not as sore. I am hoping this will help alleviate the shoulder issue.

My shoulder didn't feel as bad after doing the DB bench last WO, just a little sore. It's still somewhat weak when lifting my left arm laterally,,but didn't seem to be what allowed me to only get 3 reps with 95lbs again.
All in all it seemed to be a good WO since I made a little'progress.

Jerry, thanks to a commnet from Oldster, I started doing assisted dips. I found them to be good exercises for shoulders. If your gym has one of those assisted dip machines you could ease into the movement with light weight. It is doing a world of good for my shoulders.

This was last week of this program I had been doing for last 10 weeks . I made some progress but feel a little beat up after these workouts. I have been reading some programs in BBRX,the Grey Steele Michigan program and in Black Iron Grey Hair have some workouts that are spread out to allow more recovery which I feel I need at my age.I think one main lift and one accessory will be more suited for me.I work out at home so shorter workouts more often won't be a concern.

Jerry, I like the idea of multiple shorter work outs. If you have the home gym it certainly seems a good option. As you know consistency is the key with that plan. Good Luck.

I am going to try doing a 4 day split of sorts spread out as dictated by my ability to recover .
