    I know the tiger balm can smell, although it no unpleasant to me. The brown colored one will stain though, so it better to look for the white balm. I just heard an add this morning for the emu oil, called Blu Emu, said its available at most of the drug chains,wiil try it myself.

    Tried to get some work in, and get some blood flowing to the back and legs.
    Did DL 115x20. SSB sqts 45x10 then 95 5x 3
    BP warm up then 155 x5, sure was a grind.the last rep seemed like it was slow motion.
    145 x 5 135 x 6
    Pull downs 100 x8
    150 4 x 2.
    CGBP. 135x 6

    175x5 belt
    135x8 no belt
    I was tempted to some pulldowns but decided to pass. Tomorrow I will BP .

    I do like it, no shoulder pain at all. I feel I am able to get the weight low on my back.

    Today was bench, bar 10, 95x6 , 115x5, 130x5 155x5, 155x4, 155x3 I will keep this weight until I get 5x3. 4 minutes between sets
    BO set 135x7
    Pulldowns 100x12 150 x4 x2
    cgbp 135x6
    That will be it for the week, may do a short stint on the C2.
