Some nice work going on here, kudos! From the BBrx. I "loaned" my BBRx to my neighbor 3 months ago.I guess I need to buy a new one, probably gift one to my parents too.

Thanks Pete, the Rep/Weight progression method from this program in THE BB RX seems to be a good one. The only problem is the WO takes a little too long. The WO on Monday had to be done at night and left me kind of wiped out. I would have put off todays WO till Friday but some family members health matters need to be addressed. If need be I will have to spread the lifts out and do one or two lifts a day.

    starting strength coach development program
Today was one of those days that time was short. Two elerly family members had falls and I am busy going to the rehab and nursing homes.I still wanted to WO so I am doing a program from Brooks Kubiks book.
    SB sqt. Bar/10 95/5 135/5 160/5 170/5
    210/5 back off 185/6
    Ezb curl 50/12 12 12
    Crunch 15
The next wo calls for bench press and rows . This program has 4 workouts spread over two weeks. I may do them a little closer if I feeling recovered and if time I have time..The good.thing about this WO is doesn't take much time I can fit it easily.Thank God for.the.Garage Gym.
