Started to feel some hip pain on left side and a little tingling in left leg yesterday,took some Advil and felt better. This morning felt something in RS hamstring. I warmed up on rower and decided I would do some light sqts before the DL,but the workout quickly became a mess. I did what I could .
SB sqt bar/10 95/5
DL 135/5 185/5 felt a pull in right hamstring and decided to stop .
Press 45/12 55/5 82.5/5 this was a grind so rather then use the same weigh and not get the reps I dropped to 75 and got 6 and 6
EZB curl 65/8 70/6 75/5

Thanks,I thought it was best to do what I could at the time.I will keep on with the training no matter what.I read what DD has to say on his site,and the word is just keep lifting

Hamstring felt OK and.I was able to.hit.depth
