    I thought I would try a little more volume. I used my regular DB handles since I have been feeling a bump in my right hand ,may be from using grippers or from using my hand as a hammer on wrenches over many years at work,

    Do you train at your home? I ask because I wonder if you have a cable machine with a weight stack, that let's you do pushdowns.

    Yes I train at my home garage and basement . The pull down machine is plate loaded, not a weight stack. I also have a a Nautilus combo chest press pulldown machine and a Hammer iso lateral leg press machine . If you are on Instgram give me you name and I will post some picttures,
