    Tricep push down 50x 12 60 x 8 60 x 6

    Friday 4/24/15
    BP barx10. 95x6. 115x 5. Was going to do 130 for five but I miss loaded . I wondered why it felt heavy, but did the five.then decideded to do assending sets, 150x 5 155x4 160 x 3 back off 135 x 7
    Pull downs 100x12. 150x 5. 150x5
    CG FLOOR bench press 115x10. 115 x 8
    That's it for the week.

    Jerry, could I possibly have influenced you to try the floor press, or perhaps you've done them in the past? I hope they work as well for you as they have (and continue to) for me. I'm hoping this bodes well for my BP in my next meet. Your workouts seem to be going well though!

    Good job on that 160 top set. I'm catching up, but not there yet.

    Fifty, I had done a one arm DB press a few time when my shoulder was acting up. I read fifty was dong floor press with the barbell so gave it a try. It sure worked the triceps. The 160 was tough, but I will keep the other weights the same and try to get to five reps when I can.

    Monday 4/27/15
    DL day. 115/5 135/5 185/5 200/5 215/5 last three sets with belt. All went up nice and fast, no bouncing .
    BB curls from top position 4510. 65/ 8 8 7
    Hammer seated leg press 180x15 3 sets short rest no lockout between reps.

    Saftey bar sqts : barx10 95/6 140/5 160/5. 190/3 miss loaded was going to do 185. The 190 was 10 lb jump from last week,it felt heavy . I will keep this weight for the next weeks sqts and try for five.
