    230/5 with belt. I planned to do 2 back off sets with 205 for 6 like I did last time but on last rep with 230'i felt a tweak in my low back on the right side. I did 225 for five last time and I should have just did 3 like I planned but it felt easy until the tweak WTF?
    Finished with pulldowns 100/12 130/6 6
    Tri push downs 50/12 10
    Went inside took 4 Motrins and iced my back.

    Thanks Mr.B. I took some more Motrin and wiil take Tylenol later. I am going to sleep on the floor in my living room to try and stretch out my spine.
