I am pretty close,but I am going to keep using the same weight for a few more sessions. I had a problem two years ago where I couldn't even lift a small plastic pitcher to pour a glass of water.Doing the rehab as Ripp described with the bar hanging in his video helped get me back on track.
This is one of the reasons I joined and keep my log here. The knowledge base that Rip and others have is something that you cannot put a value on. I am much more inspired to see people get their life and functionality back then I am by people getting incredibly strong. Could be partly because I am now on the other side of 50.
I will be watching for that 135 BP soon!
Thanks Ken.I don't agree with everything hear on SS,but sure have gotten some good into and help from some of the members. 135 used to be part of my warm up,but as they say shoulda coulda wouda,time marches on.
It's gonna be a big day when 135 goes up...I can't wait to see it in print!
