When I didn't get 5 reps on the work set as I planned I decided to not do back offs but just go with intensity.

Thanks Pete, I try my best to get some training in. I'm convinced it is important for us as we get older.
I did the SLDL like that since it was light and just wanted to stretch out my hamstrings.
I have been helping a friend move the last few days and boy is my back sore, going to try and do some presses over the weekend and pulldowns.

My back was, still sore from the main day of the moving on Wednesday,so I did BP instead of,standing press.I did up the weight to 135 but 3 reps was all I could do.The last rep on all 3 sets was a grind. Not sure if I should continue with the low reps or drop the weight and go with higher reps.
There it is! 135. I feel like moving from 5s to 3s when appropriate can be indicated for masters trainees, since intensity is key, compared to volume.
Yay for 135!!!
