    After last.Sundays lower body WO I was sore in hamstrings from Tuesday until. Friday. II feel when I wait to long between sqt sessions I get severe DOMS . Im better off doing a few lite sets before deadlidts hopefully in a few days I can do some heavier sqts.

    Only got 4 reps on DL,got 5 last time.
    Did a back off to get some work in.
    Maybe I need to lighten the weight and do more reps for a few sets.

    The BP was tough .I went up 3lbs and barely got the 5 reps . I made sure to wait a full 5 minutes between the sets,something I'm not used to doing. I will try to repeat this next time.

    Would increasing rest to 7 or 8 minutes be too much (cooling off)?
