    I went to rehab to see aunt Anna.Got her to stand up from chair 3 sets of 5 and take a walk down hallway with a walker.

    Thanks Granny and Charlo, I am trying my best to do right by my aunt. She took care of my Mom during the last six months of her life until she passed away on her 88 birthday in 2011.

    Even though this WO doesn't take long,this was the first chance had to get into my garage.Things aren't looking to good for my aunt, and that's been on my mind all through Christmas
    1.Trap bar SLDL 185/12 BP 115/8 pulldown 130/8

    Pulldown 130/6
    Did less work than last time on the deadlifts,my head wasn't into working out, but I'm not sure when I will be able to get to WO next.Did a.little better on the other 2/lifts.

    The only improvement was the trap bar SLDL all the others lifts sucked. It's been a stressful week to say the least.
    I have about 5 more weeks to do this program, only because I filled out my WO card in advance. I don't have too much time to train so this short WO will have to do for the time being.
