    Had a cold/flu over the weekend, ears clogged can't hear shit. Couldn't sleep to well. But I decided to try and.train today. Went OK I guess. I will wait till Fri or Saturday to WO next.

    Thanks for looking Browndog. I'm doing what I can.Some days its tough to get motivated but I know what happens if I slack off. Did that before and its tough to get back,especially at my age.
