    Hey Jer,

You've strung together a nice run of sessions.

How does everything feel theses days, now that Spring is in the air?

Well Browndog, I bet we will soon be complaining of the heat.
Im trying to put together a workout plan along the lines of somrthings I've read in the BBRX book for old people like me I enjoy seeing your workouts on Instagram. Your gym sure seems like a great place to train. Thanks for taking a look at my log.

You're right about the heat, and me bitching about it...it's coming!

It's always nice to see you stop by a drop a comment on my IG account. BB Rx is a good read, I just couldn't figure out how to make it work past a certain level...that's on me.

I'm very fortunate to have found a gym the likes of Mustache. There's no doubt that without the coaching and support, I'd never have gotten this far.

    starting strength coach development program
I sure know the importance of a good gym, coaching and training partners. Over 25 years ago I did train with my son at the Iron Island Gym here in LI . Dr Ken did our programing. Unfortunatey he sold the gym, my son moved to NC and life things changed and I didn't work out for quite a few years. Somehow I got the bug back a few years ago. Its been slow going but at least the decline in strength slowed up.
