Yes Mark, it's the Nautilus seated chest press /pull down leverage plate loaded machine. I have it set up out side under my awning in the side yard next to my garage.

Back is feeling better, almost,pain free. Did benches and leverage machine pull downs
Bench bar x 10. 95x5. 140 x 5. 160x 3 3 2 2 back off 140x7
Leverage machine pulldowns. 70 x 12 12 12.
Friday 5/15/15
Did the Starr low back recap. Didn't do the high reps as written, did two sets of 25 on the seated good mornings and the halting DL using a ten lb exercise bar. Will do it again tommorrow,rest Sunday.Going to work out light on Monday.
Monday 5/18/15 back feels ok.

Thursday 5/21/15 The back feels ok today. I was going to do some lighter sqts before the DL but a case of muscle soreness in the hamstrings changed my mind. so I did
DL. 115 6 x2 135x5 185x5 205x5 Last two sets with belt
Press barx10 65x6 85x3. 95x3 105x3 back off 95x8
Rack curls 45x8 65 8x3
That's it for the week.
