Pulldown 110/10 135/8 amrap
Decided to use the trap bar just to speed up the workout. 230 was tuff,WTF it used to be easy back in the day.
You might find this hard to fathom, but I can't use the damn trap bar. It puts me in all the wrong positions, and I can't pull anything close to what I do conventional.
I'm sure it has to do with your height. Long legs and arms make it tough for most lifts, but easier to get things on the top shelf.

Did 3 sets of 15 with band flyes, saw this on Andy Bakers feed.
Did some inverted rows too.

EZbar CGBP 80/12 5 2 done rest pause. May have to switch this lift to close grip floor press in the rack next time. Had a little trouble getting up from bench, my EZ curl bar is short and doesn't fit in the rack.
