    Haven't been feeling so great, my dogs are sick, one diagnosed with a mass near the heart, the other at vet hospital now, though it was a shoulder injury, but my be neck or spine.
    Decided to just do something different. WTF haven't made much progress anyway on any lower body/back anyway.

    Thanks Browndog, meds seem to be helping,Coco with neck injury is confined to crate, just carry her to yard to make.

    EZ bar curl 70/6 4 5 rest pause
    Right shoulder has been achy for last 2 days, hadn't done any work that should have caused it. Maybe I slept wrong. Took some.Motrin and used some Tiger balm. Decided to just do the DB bench no BB press today, felt OK during and after.

    Shoulder was not too bad yesterday although I did put on some tiger balm.
    I did some work with light band, sounds like hell n there,but it doest hurt.

    starting strength coach development program
    I put on some.tiger balm,did some work with the light bands and it.felt OK. The warmups felt fine. In just did the work sets as.planned
