    Saturday 2/8/2020
    DB bench 32˝/12 55/5 5 4
    DB row 57˝/ 12 12 12 L+ R side
I did take 5min. between the DB presses. The last set was a grind.
Went much quicker on the rows, tried to stay kind of strict.

Hey Jerry, didn't mean to make it sound like I was working out IN that bitter cold. I have my gym setup in my parent's garage...it's not insulated, but I heat it with a propane heater that does a pretty good job. It does take awhile to warm it up enough to start sometimes. I did start out that day wearing my watch cap, heavy sweatshirt and gloves though.

Sounds like my setup. Although this year I didn't need the propane heater yet. Its been pretty mild down here so far.I do wear a wool cap, long johns and sweat pants and shirt. My WO is short, only crappy days are when its damp and rainy. Spring is on the way I hope.

    BP bar/12 95/5 105/5 115/5 5 5
    Pulldown V handle 110/10
    140/3 3 3
Decided to do bench with the bar, the work sets were all at least a 9 if I was going by RPE. I will increase 2˝lbs next time.
The V handle pulldowns were harder than the pull downs with the straight bar. I guess its more back and less biceps.
