Your workouts are looking pretty good also Jerry...nice series of deadlifts there. My workout yesterday wasn´t without consequence. Following my workout, I had some pain across the top of one foot, and it´s still pretty sore. I believe it happened on my second rep with 275 in the squat. I got just a little off balance, and had to gut it out. I think I probably strained a extensor tendon on the top of the foot. I am icing it, and will see how it feels Sunday when I workout again. If it seems suspect, I will lay off my squats for a week or two, to let it heal. Hopefully that will take care of the problem.
