Yes Browndog, it sure makes it easier to get my WO in.
But I must admit the best WO's I ever got were when I was a member of the Iron Island Gym. We had a great group, just like you do at Mustache. Stay well !

I didn't mean to do the set at 215 it was a miss load. I planned to do the 230 and a back off set of halting deadlifts @ 205 but decided against that today.

how's life downstate during this madness?
I'm in Long Island, outside the city itself. Traffic is light, all kids are home. I can get food, so far I haven't needed any TP. I've been reading all the posts in Rips CV 19 thread. I'm not sure what to make of all this myself.
I lived through this with my wife in 2009. She was on chemo and came down with swine flu. Spent 25 days in ICU, 20 on the ventilator. Somehow she came off it.
