    Waited 5 minutes between work sets on the bench and still only got 4 reps on the last set.

    Try to rest more between 2 and 3 set. I usually set the timer for seven minutes, and wait even more for the last set.

    Nice work! I have to laugh, training @ home my between-set rests sometimes go waayyy over 3 or 5 what with household chores right there. Still can be hit or miss on making my reps.

    It wasn't beer! Damn can't remember the last time I had a beer. I ain't fun anymore.
    As far as rest between sets, taking rest is not something I'm accustomed to.Blame it on Dr. Ken and HIT.

    The short walk from my garage gym to my refrigerator, where beer is waiting, is one of several benefits of training at home.

    For me, its just a terrible temptation - got to admit I drank a half a beer last night w/dinner, criminally good (but so bad for calories!)

    At my gym, we have a cooler that stocks, amongst other things, BEER...#imissmygym
