    Heading out on a cruise Sunday.
    I am in need of a break. i will see what is available in the gym on the ship and try to get two workouts in using some machines just to keep to flexable.
    I will continue my log when I return next week. I am going to try either a one lift a day program, or a two day a week program using the basic lifts,squat, bench press, deadlifts,and press.

    Back from vac. Did one workout on the ship, used some life fitness machines but didn't like it too much. Only wet to the gym one time.
