Did a sort of Starr rehab for the shoulders
12lb DB's 3 sets of 25 reps floor presses
v handle pull down 100 lb 10x3

Nautilus leverage chest press warm up 25/12 50/5 60/5 70/5 little pain in left shoulder but not too bad
BBC rest pause. 60/12 6 6
Icing shoulders, after a hot shower will do some rotator cuff exercises and some stretches.
Went for ART this morning . Able to get right hand a little further behind my back.

I feel your pain, I've had shoulder pain for almost 2 years now. I tried most of those rehab exercises with dumbbells and such at first,
but that stuff kept flaring it up so I left it alone for along time. The Kettlebell Halos have helped tremendously, and my shoulder continues to get better.
I have should had mine checked out when I first injured it. I'm almost positive it needed surgery, but I'm not going to worry about it now.
From everything I could gather my injury was the AC Joint.
Be smart with your training and you'll be OK. Let me know if you think I can be any help.

Jerry, Thanks for the encouragement on my Log. Sorry to hear about your shoulder problems, but it looks like you will work your way out of it. I'll keep following your progress.
