Shoulder is felling sort of normal, so going to try and get in some work. I will wait till later in the week to try some lite pressing along with the leg press

Sunday 10/11/15
Two days after the 10/5 workout I had a great case of DOMS in my legs. I teemed to be pretty well gone by Friday 10/9 so,I stated my workout on the rev hyper, my usual warmup. After 3 reps I got a severe cramp/pull in my right hamstring, so that was it.
By Sunday I felt ok so did this.
SB SQuats bar/10 95/6 135/5
155/6 6 8 belt
Landmine press with 5lb plate on bar 12lr 15lr
Pulldowns 40/25 50/15

These felt pretty much pain free.

Standing DB press. 15 lbs DB 12 15. 20 reps each arm . after first set of presses with 15 lbs I tried to do a set with my adjustable db's with two ten lb plates I guess they weigh 22 lbs. I couldn't even get in rep with that weight .
