This sickness going around has been knocking everyone down, Jerry. Like you, it's cost me sleep. Five hours last night, four the one before. My wife teaches first grade which are nothing less than walking biological weapons. Out of 21 students, 8 were out with the flu yesterday. She comes home and immediately steps into the shower. Not sure it'll help, but hoping!

Here's to getting lotsa sleep and kick whatever you're fighting!

Finally felt a little better on Sat. On Sunday I wanted to do something but it was a rainy miserable day and didn't think it was a good idea to go out to my garage so I did go to my basement and did leg presses bb curls and some DB rows. Today was cold but dry. Turned on the space heater and went in garage

The squats were light ,but still having a hard time breathing. I'm hoping I will be able to work back up .

Yes,finally seems to have cleared up.This lasted longer than usual for a cold. I had no fever or I would have suspected the flu and went to a Dr.Thanks for asking.

Glad your feeling better, Jerry. My wife has been sick with this crap since last Wednesday. She went to school not feeling well yesterday, but we have been snowed in today and they called it. Gives her a chance to get over whatever this stuff is. I suppose I'll come down with it tomorrow or so. Our home/cabin is very small with just one bedroom and bathroom, so it's not like I can escape her!
