My back felt pretty good yesterday and fine today. I took some Motrin yesterday morning and that was it.
I warmed up today as usual with the C2 rower for a few minutes and one set on the Rev Hyper. Next WO is SBSQT probably on Friday.I will hope it goes well. Ko

I am posting this on Monday morning and for some reason yesterday and this morning my hamstrings are sure sore from squatting on Friday.
My next WO is a DL day,I think I will do SLDL and leg presses hoping this will help to alleviate DMOS after I sqt.
It sure is tough going up steps and squatting down today trying to work on my car.
