Did just 2 exercises today.
After working out Friday I felt beat.
I am going to try doing just 2 lifts on any given day.Maybe throw in some grip work on off days.

Decided to try doing only 2 lifts a day, when I do 3 lifts I really feel beat up the rest of the day.

Well the truth is it was supposed 125 for all sets,but I read the wrong line in my log book, the 135 was for sqts on my next WO. It felt heavy and only got 3 REPS. I could have tried doing 2 more sets of 3 with 135 but decided to drop 10 lbs and try for 5 reps.Damn,it sucks getting old,but beats the alternative.
