DB bench 30/12 45/8 8 8
Pull down 110/5 137½/5 5 5

The left side sure feels weaker doing the one arm db press but I don't notice it doing the db bench at all.I will keep working on this issue.

Lots more great work Jerr…
Nothing wrong with staying with the Safety Squat Bar, unless you're going to want to compete.
Use what keeps you comfortable, and still moving the weights!

Thanks Browndog. I just read something like that from Brooks Kubik. Its Sat. morning and I am sore as hell, was like that yesterday too. Seems if I wait too long between sqts. I get DOMS. I will make some adjustments to my plan next week. I am going to do some upper body work later today.

I did light set of sqts because it seems that if I go to long between sqts I get a severe case of soreness.
This surely wasn't such a tough WO, but it sure kicked my ass. I was real tired all evening. No pain or soreness but no desire to do anything. I should take my own advice and do less exercises on any given day.

I'm a big fan of the SB bar and Trap bar. I've had injuries that interfered with my "preferred" workout, and options are priceless. Although the vendor will be happy to provide a price tag.
The third thing I set up is the ability to suspend a bar from my rack, so I can do the shoulder rehab arcs like this video.
Shoulder Rehab | Mark Rippetoe
I use "motor cycle straps" which are adjustable, and I use duct tape on the hooks to prevent mishaps.
But, yeah, continuing to do the program as close as circumstances allow is very important. It helps when an injury prevents some important movement and we can quickly do something similar. We don't lose as much when we have these types of options. I turn 65 tomorrow, and I hope to be an active lifter when I'm 70 and beyond. I think options are an important part of that.

I used chains to suspend a bar from the.rafters in my garage to do the press as shown by Mark in the video.
