Decided to do the DL with straight bar, been a long time. The last set was my limit, if I was into RPE I would rate it a 9 or 10. I will stick with this weight and the 175 for my
SB squat until I feel confident with that weight.

Thanks Cheespuff.They weather here today is supposed to be hot (well it is summer). The have a heat advisory on the news. I do.intend to do my meager squats any how.
