    I miss loaded the pulldowns, was supposed to be 138. I noticed it felt heavy and only got 3 reps. Decided to finish off the WO with that weight. I'll try using 140 next time.

    Decided to try 2 sets with 175 not the back off . I waited 5 minutes before the second set,only got 4 this time
