    Yes I am out in the garage today, its 19 but at least the sun is shining. Put long johns under my heavy sweat pants and did wear my wool cap. I'm still feeling that thing in my inner hip joint. Mainly when I get in my car.
    I decided to to trap bar SLDL so I wouldn't have to flex the joint .

    Rip says flexibility comes with the Squat movement. Maybe your sore from the DL

    Yes, that was interesting. I had already decided to modify my training, as my lower back felt constantly sore and unrecovered all year.
    Next year my frightening frequency of twice a week will have only 2 power exercises each day.
