I know I'm a program jumper, but I feel it better than doing nothing.
Last I did my 88yo neighbor a favor and carried his 3 old(heavy) A/C units from his attic and put them in the widows. It sure got me breathing harder than in the previous years. I decided to go back to a WO I've done in the past.
    A 3x3 metabolic program
3 different lifts done back to back, then after a brief rest( 2 minutes at most) repeat the cycle 2 more times.

I think you don't need to cop to program jumping, if you trained with Dr. Ken in his gym on similar programs.

Thanks Charlo, I believe there are many different ways to train. One thing I remember Dr. Ken saying was higher reps built strength lower reps demonstrated it. Since I retired from my job as a mechanic I sure don't do as much physical activity so I feel a little sluggish. I'll give this short WO a try for the next 2 months.

I guess this shows how poor my work capacity is.

Looks ok to me; >6s are cardio to me, sometimes I'm even breathing heavy going through my warmups with the minimal rest; a metcon would probably kill me! But I guess adaptation occurs eventually.
