Nice to see your high rep DL's getting up in weight, Jerry. They are part of my current plan. Would like to get to 250 for 20 in this long cycle, but who knows at our age.

Geez louise. That's a lot of work in 90° heat. Good on ya!

Jerry, it took me a little bit to figure out how to add the pictures, but if you look at the icons at the top of the reply box, the third one in from the right is for adding pics. I clicked on that, and was directed to click on either a URL or computer file. I went to my files, selected a picture, then opened it, then was taken back to where I could upload the pic. Hope that helps, as I'm still new to it all, but I will be adding more pics in the future, perhaps even video from my meet in September.

Thanks Fifty, I'm doing this on my phone and don't see that option. I'll try using my I pad after I take some photos.

Another hot day here, 95° outside
It was a little cooler in the garage and my Nautilus chest press/ pulldown machine is outside under an awning. Maybe next time I'll take the trap bar outside.

My garage is attached, so on hot days I'll get about 5 degrees below outside during the day. (93 becomes 88).
I use a caddy to carry a couple quarts of water, my coffee and cell phone. (no more doing stairs for refills)
The next priority is a big fan.
Great that you keep going despite the heat!
20 and 15 sounds like a lot of reps on the trap bar. And I'm ONLY 66.
I'm a recovering triathlete so I see the appeal. LOL.
    Good work!

Thanks Cheesepuff. I know what in doing goes against everything advised to do here on SS, especially after reading the thread
One Set to Failure here recently. I guess everyone has their own opinion on what works. According to Rip I'm not training, merely exercising and getting sweaty. Well I'll see how it goes.
