    Maybe I shouldn't have attempted to train today. When I got to 220 it felt heavy. I did 1 rep and checked to see if I miss loaded. It was right. WTF? I know I've been trying to loose a few lbs, but it shouldn't have affected me this much. I waited a few minutes and did my planned 5.That was it.I'll bench and do pulldowns tomorrow. Maybe get sd some more food in me.

    Pulldown 110/5 137½/5 5 5
    Well I got 3 sets of 5 on the bench this time, although the last rep on the last set was a grinder. I did rest 5 minutes between the sets. I don't know what's going on. I haven't been doing any hard labor and getting pretty good sleep too. Its either too long or t too short amount of time between workouts.

    I was looking through my old training logs, a program written by Dr. Ken for me at Iron Islland Gym in 1995.
    it had this as day one. Next workout should be Friday. I did make some progress on this once a week sqt and dl program.

    Nautilus press 75/5 5 one minute rest
    BB curl 65/6 6 one minute rest
    Lateral db raise 8/5 5 one minute rest
    Rev. Curl 55/6 6 one minute rest.
    This was day 2 of the old program I had from Doc.
    A few of them are similar to this one, I will give this a shot.
