Thanks Fred, I try . I wish I had not taken some years off, but life got in the way
I changed my last WO a bit Cut out some of the accessory lifts. I think pulldowns are more beneficial to me

Now that I look back you did do a shorter workout and I bet you probably felt better after it. I cannot do too many exercises in one workout.. it kicks my old ass.

Thanks Shug, one more WO on this program I had made up myself. I seem to have made a little progress. I may try the partials program I mentioned to you. .

The sqts went OK
But when I went to do the work set on the DL I had to stop and take a look to see if I missloaded, it didn't want to leave the floor. I did get the planned 3.
