    I really should have waited at least another day or two to train. I do know that when I listen to my body and get more rest I am itching to lift.

    Curl 70/8 + 3 drag curls.
    After seeing a post on instagram showing one arm db military presses. I tried them and found my left arm noticably weaker. I knew I had an injury a few years ago and reading here it was advised to bb press, so that's what I did. I think I'll be using db's for a while to see if I can even things up a bit.
