    I have a hard time with that wrist position. For some reason my wrist gets really cranky lifting anything significant when put in that position.

    using 45lb Iron Grip plates,one trip to my neighbors house and back about 140' each way. Did this because my grandson John was training with me
    He suggested this. He was faster and less winded than I was.

    Yes Fred and Bill, it sure is great to train with him. About 25 years ago did the same thing with my son. My grandson seems to be taking his training seriously.
