It appears you repeated week 4 of the cycle. This is week 5. This wont hurt anything at all,
just do week 5 next Saturday and then Smoke a Nice Max on October 10th!

Yep, I realized this when I looked to write down next week's WO and thought the jump in weight was high, then saw that I hadn't done #5 .
