    Didn't do any sets as part of warm up.
    Just did the DL today,no upper body.
    Trying to get my form better by getting my butt down a little lower back a little.more vertical and some leg drive.

    starting strength coach development program
    Thanks Browndog. I'm trying to improve my DL with the help of Shugg. At his suggestion I'm doing less sqt. sets, maybe the key to improvement at my age is to do just enough stress that I can recover from. Tomorrow is DL day,hoping for a good night's skeep.
