    Good looking workout Jerry, you seem to be making good progress. Tomorrow is my last heavy workout before testing my maxes in a week. I'm looking to squat 305 for a double and bench 200, also for a double.

    Seated BB curl is definitely underrated, in my opinion. An occasional day late in training is sometimes a good thing, I am discovering.
