    Well it's time to face the truth I'm old and week. I'm going to try something from a program I downloaded a while ago Partials Here goes
    Partial SB sqt from pins about 6" ROM 135/5 165/5 185/5 205/5 5 5
    BP from pins 8" ROM
    Bar/8 135/5 5 8
    Just getting the feel of this.
    Next time I will try either rack DL or partial trap bar from blocks. Seated press lock outs and power curls.
    Since I got a belt sqt device I will be doing them on days in-between partials.Going to do some grip work like thick bar DB holds, wrist roller and my home built Joe Kinney grip machine.when I'm in the mood.

    185/3 205/3 225/3 3 3 DOH no belt
    Shrugs 185/5 5 5
    Power curls 115/5 5 95/5
    These are not cheat curls. Start with bar at thigh, curl up as high as I can and hold a second. Seems to move about 3 inches.

    My lowback/left hip was giving me some pain the last few days. After working out today it actually feels better.

    Seated BB press from pin, at top of head 45(bar)/5 5 5 10 8½" ROM
    For some reason this felt tough and my both shoulders were snapping and popping, not so much on the 4th set so I did 10 reps.
    Seated DB curl 15lbs/30reps did both arms together.
