    I seem to have a problem with my left arm. I don't notice it doing BB work or even DB bench. But when doing one arm DB press the left arm is much weaker. Hoping working this way will help.

    Depending on the movement, either of my arms exhibit "weakness" doing single arm work.

    Thanks Browndog, it's strange,just from the start at the shoulder. Did some benches today with my grandson.Both sides seem equally weak on that.
