    Yes.Mr. B, supposed to be hotter this week. Had my grandson and godson workout today. I just loaded. My grandson is going to a contest next Saturday, Farmers walk ½ bw in each hand ½ mile for rime. He weights 150 now. All I can say is it's good to be young.

    Hey Jerry, I'm fairly familiar with John Wood (and his insane grip strength), and while I'd like to join his site, I just can't justify the cost in these uncertain times. I did have a pretty great workout today, and I'm feeling very optimistic that the heavy supports are going to help my bench press.

    I'm trying to cut some weight to control my BP. Been hovering around 212, today I was 202. Years ago when I was stronger I was 198.
