    Hi Fred, I'm hoping so. They are supposed to help strengthen your bones and tendons. I know when I DL them do a barbell row the weight seems much lighter than if I did the rows on their own.

    Belt sqt. 90/8 135/8 185/8
    Damn do I feel weak. Couldn't even get 5 reps on the last set of benches. I did wait at least 5 minutes. Was going to do pulldowns but passed on that. I did get my weight down to 198, didn't think it affect my lifts so much.

    I agree, and it seems most of them are in my part of the country. Luckily it seems kids and grandchildren are on the same page as us.
