Thanks Shugg. Making a little progress even though the weights are low. I got my weight down to between 195/198 and feel better.i sure could eat twice what I do and get up to 240 but not a good idea at 73yo. Hell I even did 1 chin up the other day. Last time I did them was 1994 when I could do 5 hanging from a 2½" pipe at work weighing about 200.

I didn't feel my back was ready to train today so I just did some work to try and be able to to pull-ups or chins in the future.
Static hangs, overhand pulldowns on my knees, banded chins and some eccentrics.Then some DB kickbacks.
