Squat - Bar X20, 10X65, 10X95, 10X115, 8X135, 5X155, 5X185, 3X5X205. After 1 1/2 weeks off due to traveling I opted to repeat my 8/20/16 squat rehab weight and reps. Finished off with 20X165. Was planning on doubling up and doing press also but it isn't in me today. A lot of catch up work to do.
